Of course you can return your order and have it refunded, you have the right to change your mind! However, you must adhere to our return policy below.

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. If you want to use your 14-day Right of Withdrawal, you are welcome to return your item(s) at your convenience without any justification.

We are sorry to inform you that we do not provide prepaid return labels for the moment. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. It is the best way to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. The date your return package is sent will be considered proof of its validity.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, pristine condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (properly closed).

  • Protection: In case you have opened the package and cannot reclose it properly, you should please use a sturdy shipping box to protect the items. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are sufficiently protected during transit. If the artwork is creased, scratched, or damaged due to poor repacking, we will not issue the refund.

  • Documentation: Always include your order number on the package and in any emails to us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
