You will find here basic important information about our shipping and delivery methods.
We Can Deliver Worldwide
Our webstore is based in Denmark and is mainly operating within the European Economic Area, but capable of delivering worldwide. If ever your country is not listed at checkout, please send us an email at info@patriss.shop, we will check if delivery is possible for your country.
Shipping & Delivery
Please read the following carefully:
Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout. Shipping rates depend on the delivery address and product dimensions/weight. The average delivery time is generally around 4 to 7 days. This is just an indication, delivery times can vary due to factors such as location, product type and dimensions, production, shipping partner and method...
- Aluminium prints are packaged in sturdy boxes with strong edges for protection. Bubble wrap or craft paper is used for additional protection. Do not forget to remove the protective film on the aluminium panel before hanging.
- Ready-to-hang wooden framed posters come pre-assembled, with corner protectors and additional protection, in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges. Do not forget to remove the protective film on the plexiglass before hanging.
- Posters are generally shipped in triangular tubes (up to 5 posters per tube).
Be aware that large orders or orders with multiple items/different product types may be shipped in multiple packages and arrive separately. In that case, you will be able to see multiple tracking links for your order.
Receiving Your Order & Damaged Package/Goods
IMPORTANT: Check your package upon arrival. If the packaging is visibly damaged, crushed, or opened when the courier attempts delivery, you should refuse to receive the package, and expressly indicate the reasons for refusal to the courier, in order for them to note the damage in their system. By refusing a damaged package, it is returned to us at the carrier's expense, and we can initiate a replacement for you.
1. External Damage (Visible upon delivery)
If you choose to accept a package that shows visible signs of damage, please ensure that the courier notes the damage in their system before you sign for it. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it.
2. Internal Damage (Hidden damage)
If the packaging looked fine, but the product inside is damaged, you must contact us at info@patriss.shop within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To process a damage claim, we require:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the packaging (even if the packaging looks undamaged)
Once we have received the information and verified the damage, we will do everything possible to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
3. Missing or Incorrect Item
If your order is incomplete or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@patriss.shop.
Please include your order number along with a short description and a photo of the issue, we will proceed with the correction as quickly as possible.
4. Uncollected or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failure to collect from parcel shop, incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee from any refund, for covering the return shipping and administrative handling. We will as well charge a new fee in case of reshipment.
